• Information you choose to send when you contact us by email, such as your name, email address, company, project details and the content of your message.
• Technical request and security information processed by the hosting infrastructure as needed to deliver and protect the website.
• Optional website usage data through Google Analytics 4, but only after you choose to allow analytics.

Contact information is used to respond to enquiries, discuss potential work, provide requested information and manage an ongoing business relationship. Depending on the context, this processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to perform a contract, or for our legitimate interest in operating and communicating about the studio.

Optional analytics is used to understand aggregate website usage and improve the site. Analytics is based on your consent and is not loaded before that consent is given.

The site does not require advertising or analytics cookies to work. If Google Analytics is enabled, it loads only after you select “Allow analytics”. Your choice is stored in your browser so the site can remember it.

You can change that choice at any time through “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the site. Choosing “Only necessary” stops analytics from loading on future page views and removes the Google Analytics cookies the site can identify in your browser.

We use service providers where needed to operate the website and communications, including Netlify for website hosting and Google Workspace for email. If you consent to analytics, Google Analytics also processes website usage information.

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, transfers are handled using the safeguards made available under applicable data-protection law.

Personal data is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected for, including responding to enquiries, maintaining business records, resolving disputes and meeting legal obligations. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised where appropriate.

Subject to the conditions of applicable law, you may ask for access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
